i got my new computer last week. Its not hooked up yet. There is something wrong with either the monitor or the computer itself. When i hook it up, the monitor comes on and says there is no power going to the monitor and then it shuts off. I dunno why this is happening but i'm calling HP today to find out. I would've called sooner, but i have NO time off to do so.

Gas is retarded expensive.

Last weekend in Charleston, S.C., a bus carried the Summerville High basketball team to the state 4A semifinals. It also carried the memory of a man you've never heard of, a man who meant everything to the boys on that bus. His name was Louis Mulkey, and he was an assistant coach in football and basketball and, everyone says, life.

*this was my high school, i graduated in '04. I knew some of these kids and the head coach, but i didn't know who louis mulkey was until the night of the fire. I'm just really happy for these kids. They've probably had the worst year of their lives and to come away winning a state title.

*i can't remember if the espn article said who louis mulkey was, but he was one of the 9 firefighters killed in the charleston fire at the sofa super store as well as a teacher, and assistant coach.

China and Russia are backing Iran on this, and they're against imposing any type of sanctions on Iran which the U.S. Gov't wants to have China and Russia agreeing to the sanctions(which they refuse to do).

This is like the fake...LOOK AT ME...I'M DIPLOMATIC...right before we nuke iran. Just like with iraq, they'll say...well we tried to be diplomatic...when in reality, we kicked out Hans Blix before he could finish searching for the WMD's we claimed to be there.

About me.

I'm gaining weight. I'm now @ 205 lbs. thats up from 190 lbs. a month ago. Guess i can't keep the pounds off like i use to. Funny thing is, my clothes still fit fine, and i look and feel the same. I'm not sure how much of it is actual weight gained from eating, as opposed to the 7 bottles of water/gatorade i drink a day. I get thirsty!!! I guess it wouldn't be as bad if i'd come up off the money and buy the damned weights i've been holding off on.

THE WONDER YEARS IS COMING TO DVD!!!

Big news since nick @ nite is in some kind of funk w/ fresh prince, roseanne, and murphy brown(i never got that show until the last season). I'm still mad they are playing those shows too.

Nothing else new. Miami has a chance at beating detroit. Serious. If they make it out of this round, i don't see them beating san antonio...too much GINOBILI.

funny thought...thought about my clothes and me gaining weight, then started whistling the theme song to whats happening.

I think i may have an eating disorder. I eat sporadically anymore, and i don't have a normal appitite. Part of it could be b/c i never have time to eat anymore, but it could also be from my change in diet. NO fried foods, NO fast foods, Baked chicken and salads make up my day now. I also eat friuts more than ever. If i could only get myself to lift weights again, i'd be alright. I'm not overweight(i'm actually very long and lanky), but my dad's family has heart issues, and my mom's has high blood pressure, diabetes, and stroke, so i figured i need to change my eating habits and why not start now.

When the draft comes, i'm not fighting. I'll just put the gun in a woman's hands and run.

I'm updating b/c i'm home for another day. I can't take these days off b/c i have nothing to do. No books to read, Nothing i want to see on t.v., and all of my friends are at work. I need a job where i work atleast 6 days a week so i can keep busy.

After looking through myspace, and seeing that people who graduated 7,8, and 9 years b/f me are still living in summerville, some backroad hicktown, or south carolina for that matter, i am promising myself to get the hell out of this state by the time i'm 25. What state i move to, i don't care, but i HAVE to get out of here.

I will now make this journal friends only. While it may not seem appropriate w/ only two friends, the contents of my journal; my feelings, thoughts and such, are no longer safe out in the open world, and i must now write and post them in secret.

For the time being, i will throw a bone out to the public, but for the most part...i will keep it in the "friends" zone.

And for all the snoops who want to know what is going on w/ me and everything about me(and know me)...

not me, but still, i slept all day long. And i have a paper due friday that i haven't started on.
